> These terms govern your use of StatPad ("the service") at statpad.co. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

══ 01 · WHAT STATPAD IS

StatPad is a read-only NFL data tool. Stats are sourced from public datasets (primarily nflverse) and third-party providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League or any NFL team.

⚠ NOT BETTING OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

Stats and AI-generated answers are for informational purposes only. Nothing on StatPad is betting advice, financial advice, or a prediction. Do not make wagers, roster decisions, or trades solely on the basis of our data.

══ 02 · ACCOUNTS

You must provide a valid email to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use StatPad.

══ 03 · SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price listed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled from your billing portal. Unless required by law, we do not issue refunds for partial periods.

══ 04 · ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data at volumes exceeding normal interactive use.

Resell, rebundle, or redistribute StatPad data as a dataset or API to third parties without a commercial license.

Reverse-engineer the service, attack its infrastructure, or attempt to access data you are not entitled to.

▸

Use Ask AI to probe for SQL injection, schema exfiltration, or other abuse.

══ 05 · DATA ACCURACY

Stats are provided "as is" without warranty. Data sources have delays, errors, and revisions. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

══ 06 · LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StatPad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.

══ 07 · TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.

══ 08 · CHANGES

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
